1. The agreement
These terms cover your use of BuildLoud, a desktop application for macOS. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Your license
BuildLoud is a one-time purchase of $29. You own a perpetual license to use the app on up to 3 of your own devices. The license is personal and non-transferable. You may deactivate a device at any time to free a slot.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you post through your connected accounts and for following each platform's own rules. Do not use BuildLoud to send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app.
4. Refunds
Not happy? Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full, no-questions-asked refund. After that, the sale is final.
5. No warranty
BuildLoud is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party networks or that every post will deliver. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
