Local-first by design
BuildLoud runs on your machine. Your platform sessions, drafts, and scheduled posts are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. We do not hold a copy of your content.
Your connected accounts
When you log in to a network inside BuildLoud, that session lives in the app on your device, the same way it would in a browser. We never see your passwords and we never route your account credentials through our infrastructure.
AI variants
AI-tailored post variants run through your own configured AI setup (such as Claude Code or Codex). Your drafts are sent to that provider to generate variants and are subject to that provider's policies. We do not store your prompts.
What we do collect
To sell and license the app we process your purchase through our payment provider (which handles your card details, not us) and keep the minimum needed to issue and validate your license: your email and license key. We may use your email to send your receipt, license, and important product updates.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of the limited account data we hold at any time. Email hi@buildloud.app and we will take care of it.
